US Soldier Throws Puppy Off Cliff in Iraq

This is a video that has drawn LOTS and LOTS of controversy.

Is the dog dead or alive?
Does it matter if its dead or alive, what the hell was that soldier thinking?
If they do this to animals, what do they do to the Iraqi people?
Do all American soldiers behave this way?

and thousands more questions....you can probably imagine the damage that this kind of media has on the United States Government.
